Understanding each other,
gently.
Pulse turns the quiet signals from your Apple Watch into small, human cues for your partner, never numbers, never a verdict. The raw data never leaves your phone.
Help partners understand each other without needing to explain everything.
Four quiet steps,
nothing personal leaves your phone.
Watch listens
Sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, movement, recovery, the same signals your Apple Watch already records.
Phone interprets
Your iPhone compares today against your own rolling baseline, locally, never in the cloud.
You decide
Toggle what you want to share, sleep hints, activity, recovery. Pause or hide it at any moment.
Partner receives a cue
A short, human sentence, “A calm evening might mean a lot today.” No numbers. No medical claims.
One screen.
The whole day.
The home screen shows your day, a cue from your partner, a few gentle suggestions and a quiet count of the days you've been there for each other, written like a thoughtful friend would, not like a chart.
-
Daily, then gone
Cues expire at midnight. No history archive your partner can scroll through.
-
Suggestion, not surveillance
Each cue comes with a couple of small things to do, a message, an offer of space, a quiet evening.
-
One pause button
Stop sharing instantly with one tap, and resume whenever you choose. Optionally invisible to your partner.
A small surface for the smallest gestures.
Four small screens and a complication for your watch face, no notifications you didn’t ask for. A tap to say you’re thinking of them, a quick mood check-in, and your day at a glance.
A small shared space,
just for the two of you.
The Together tab keeps the small gestures between you, lets you send something warm in a single tap, and gives you a private, end-to-end encrypted chat for when words are the right thing.
-
Words optional
A tap, a hug, a "thinking of you". No message, just a warm nudge that quietly lands with them.
-
Words that fit the day
Quick messages tuned to how your day actually feels, or a chat that's end-to-end encrypted. The keys live in your iCloud Keychain; not even we can read a word.
-
Their mood, gently present
The space quietly takes on the colour of your partner's day, so you feel where they are before either of you speaks.
The little things
that keep you close.
Beyond the daily cue, Pulse holds a quiet layer for the relationship itself, a shared memory, a gentle way back to each other, and small plans to look forward to.
-
Our Story
A shared album of little moments, a photo, an evening, a date you never want to forget. It grows quietly alongside you.
-
A gentle way back
On a day that feels a little distant, send a soft "thinking of us". Never a complaint, just an invitation to feel close again.
-
Plan something together
A shared wishlist of small ideas for the two of you. Tick one off once you've done it, and it becomes a memory in Our Story.
The rules we won’t break.
Raw health data stays on your device.
Heart rate, HRV, sleep duration, step count, your partner never sees the numbers, and neither do we. Processing happens locally on your iPhone.
Cycle data is never shared. Ever.
If you enable Rhythm Awareness, your cycle quietly informs the tone of cues, but the phase itself is never sent, displayed, or stored in the cloud.
No certainty. Only “might”, “may”, “could”.
Wellness signals are not diagnoses. Every message Pulse writes leaves space, for context you know and we don’t.
One pause button, always.
Stop sharing instantly, optionally without your partner being notified. End the connection and every shared record is removed.
No advertising. No third parties.
Pulse is paid for by the people who use it. Your wellness, your relationship, and your patterns are not products.
Your words are yours alone.
The chat is end-to-end encrypted. The key is generated on your device and lives in your iCloud Keychain, tied to your Apple ID, never on our servers. We couldn't read your messages even if we wanted to.
Every health concept has a source.
What Pulse hints about sleep, heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen or your cycle is backed by reputable, public sources, the NIH, the American Heart Association, Cleveland Clinic and more, linked right inside the Insights tab. Informational, never a diagnosis.
Hi. We made this for two people we love.
One of us kept asking the other, "are you okay?". The honest answer was usually yes, mostly, but on the days it wasn't, neither of us knew how to start. Pulse is the small bridge we wanted then.
It is intentionally small. It does not predict your mood. It does not pretend to know you. It just hands you a soft word on the days a soft word might help.
If it does that for you and the person you love, we have done our job.
